IntelligentNote (formerly OpNote) is a Chrome extension for guided operative note generation. It provides procedure-specific templates, embedded CPT/ICD coding rules, and drops completed notes directly into your EMR at the cursor position — eliminating dictation dependency.
IntelligentNote currently supports eClinicalWorks (eCW). We are actively expanding compatibility to additional EMR systems. Contact us if you'd like to request support for your specific EMR.
Install IntelligentNote directly from the Chrome Web Store. Once installed, the extension icon will appear in your Chrome toolbar. Click it while in your EMR to begin generating operative notes.
Yes. Intelligent One is built with a HIPAA-first architecture. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on Microsoft Azure with role-based access control, Key Vault secret management, and full audit logging. See our Privacy Policy for details.
